Brickwalls, Need Help, Areas of Interest

        1.   The most significant Brickwall is linking Uriah Eamigh to his assumed father (George V. Eamigh, Jr.) and finally to his assumed grandfather (Jarg Von Emig/George V. Eamigh).  Cheryl Bryan has recently provided some interesting data concerning George W. Eamigh (b: 14 Aug 1835, m: Susan Kagarise) and tying George W. to George Eamigh (m: Daisy Adams).  She provided George W's obit, death certificate, Susan Kagarise's obit, Ida May Eamigh-Ford's death certificate, and Daisy Mandilla Eamigh-Ingram's death certificate (among other things).  Thanks Cheryl.   If we can now tie George W. Eamigh and Uriah Eamigh together (as brothers, I assume), we will be a step closer to this link.

        2.    We need the birth/death/etc dates for Anne Margaret Eamigh (daughter of George W. Eamigh/Susan Kagarise.   We believe she married R. P. Short and died in 1936.  Anyone have any documentation they could scan and send in?  I'll get any information you send loaded onto the web site for others.

3,   I've had several requests for data on Plummers (Abraham/Abram, Leon, Caleb, Elmer, Clarence James, Levi).  Anyone having any info, please let me know.

        4.   Anyone have any info on Jarg V. Emig such as ship passenger list, town in Germany he is from, suspected ties to anything, would be great leads for others to tie in with.

        5.   The Pennsylvania State Archives (www.digitalarchives.state.pa.us) show  a Samuel Eamigh as a private in Co H, 5th Regiment, Pennsylvania N.G. (National Guard??) who enlisted on 9 Dec 1878, residence Portage, age 22 years, 5 ft 5 inches.  We have a Samuel L. Eamigh, born 1860 (which would have made him 18 years old in 1878) but records have been shown to be wrong before.  Can anyone tie this Samuel Eamigh in to our family line?

        6.   George W. and Susan Kagarise are shown to be interred at the Rosehill Cemetery in Altoona.  Does anyone have (or can they get) digital photos of their headstones?

        7.   Speaking of headstones, if anyone has any photos of headstones (prefer JPG format files since they are smaller), send them in.  Also any copies of birth certificates, death certificates, baptism's, wills, photos, school pictures, area photos of homes, schools, or just about anything that might be of interest to others, please send them in and get them loaded for all to share.  We now have lots of space available and currently don't need to worry about running out.
